As our 30th Anniversary Conference is fast approaching, we wanted to remind those of you planning to attend of a few important things:
1) If you have registered for the conference, you should have received a confirmation e-mail last week. Please read it carefully and send any necessary changes on to the Fulbright Association at fulbright@fulbright.org or call (202) 347-5543 by Thursday, Oct. 25.
2) If you have registered but have not received a confirmation e-mail yet, please contact the Association immediately at fulbright@fulbright.org or (202) 347-5543.
3) If you have not yet registered for the conference and plan to, please do so TODAY. Today is the last day you can register for the conference and be assured that you will be listed in the participants list and have access to the events you want to attend. You can register on-line at http://www.fulbright.org/conference/2007/reg1.htm.
4) If you have registered for the conference but have not yet paid your registration fee nor made prior arrangements with the Fulbright Association to pay on site, including verification of your on-site method of payment, please do so NOW. Failure to do so may prevent you from participating in conference functions and being listed in the participants list. You can pay online now at http://www.fulbright.org/conference/2007/reg2.htm.
5) If you were planning to stay at The Madison but have not yet made your reservations, please do so ASAP. Please visit the conference hotel page at http://www.fulbright.org/conference/2007/hotel.htm for contact information and reservation instructions. The Madison may no longer accept reservations at the Fulbright Association room rate for all days as it is nearly sold out. If you are unable to secure a room at the Fulbright Association room rate, please contact the Fulbright Association office and we will try to assist you. However, at this late date we cannot guarantee you a room at the conference rate.
6) The Fulbright Association can no longer take new requests for roommates as the hotel is nearly sold out.
